Our cold brew starts with coarse-ground Philippine Arabica beans steeped for 18 hours alongside fresh-pressed MD2 pineapple juice. The slow extraction pulls out the coffee's smooth, chocolatey base while the pineapple juice adds a bright, tropical layer that cuts through the richness. The result is a concentrate — mix it 1:1 with water or milk for a perfectly balanced cup, or pour it straight over ice if you like it strong. Because cold brewing produces 67% less acid than hot brewing, the pineapple's natural sweetness really shines through without any bitterness. One bottle makes approximately 8 servings. Keep refrigerated after opening.
