The Coconut Pineapple Cream was born from the simplest possible question: what happens when you combine the two most iconic tropical ingredients from the same Philippine soil? Coconut and pineapple have been paired in Filipino cuisine for centuries — in desserts, in savory dishes, in street food. But nobody had turned them into a premium spreadable cream. We use fresh-pressed coconut milk from mature Philippine coconuts — not the canned stuff, not coconut cream concentrate. The real thing, with all its natural fat content intact, which gives this spread its incredibly rich, velvety body. Then we fold in our slow-reduced MD2 pineapple pulp, the same base we use in our Original Cream but in a higher concentration to stand up to the coconut's richness. The result is 100% dairy-free, 100% plant-based, and honestly tastes better than most butter-based spreads. The coconut provides the body, the pineapple provides the brightness, and together they create something neither could achieve alone.
