Bromelain has been used in traditional Philippine medicine for generations. It's a proteolytic enzyme — meaning it breaks down protein — and when applied to skin, it gently dissolves the bonds holding dead cells to the surface. The result is smoother, brighter skin without the irritation that comes from physical scrubs or chemical peels. Our Pineapple Enzyme Soap starts with cold-pressed MD2 pineapple extract from the same farms that supply our food products. We combine it with coconut oil and shea butter in a traditional cold-process method, curing each batch for six weeks to produce a firm, long-lasting bar. There are no sulfates, no parabens, no synthetic fragrances — just the natural tropical scent of real pineapple. Each bar is hand-cut and stamped in small batches, because enzyme potency degrades in mass production. This is skincare the way it should be: simple, effective, and traceable back to the soil it came from.
